Sea buckthorn oil contains vitamins A, B1, B2, C, E and K. It also contains beta-carotene (the richest) flavonoids (isorhamnetin, quercetin glycosides, kaempferol), folic acid, quinic acid, , omega-3, omega-6, omega-7, omega-9) and minerals (Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, Selenium).
