RETURN POLICY

Return acceptance conditions

• Products must be in the same condition as received.
• Packaging must remain sealed and untampered.
• Retail receipt or invoice is required.
• Shipping costs before and after return are borne by the customer, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Damaged/broken products on delivery

If you receive damaged packaging or a broken item, please send photos of both the product and the outer package to info@manischemicals.com.

Shipment of glass items is at the recipient’s responsibility and glass items are not returnable in case of transport breakage.
