Return and Withdrawal Policy

1. Consumer right of withdrawal
A consumer who purchases at a distance may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods. For multiple goods delivered separately, the period starts when the last good is received.
To exercise the right, send a clear statement before the deadline to info@manischemicals.com, identifying the customer and order. The model form at the end of this page may be used but is not mandatory.
2. Returning the goods
The goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice. The consumer is responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
For chemical, liquid or otherwise regulated products, contact us before dispatch so that safe packaging, labelling and any carrier restrictions can be confirmed. Goods must not be returned in a way that creates a safety or leakage risk.
3. Return costs
For a simple change of mind, the consumer bears the direct return cost. If the goods are incorrect, damaged on delivery or non-conforming, we bear the reasonable return or replacement cost as required by law.
4. Refund
We refund payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for the original order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or the consumer provides evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first. The refund is made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without cost to the consumer.
5. Statutory exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply where a statutory exception applies, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after their seal has been opened. An exception is applied only when its legal conditions are met for the specific product.
6. Damaged, incorrect or defective goods
Inspect the parcel after delivery and contact us promptly if there is visible transport damage, leakage, a missing item or an incorrect product. Photographs of the parcel, label and product and any carrier damage report help us resolve the case faster, but failure to provide them immediately does not remove mandatory statutory rights. The seller's statutory obligations for non-conforming goods are separate from the right of withdrawal.
7. Business purchases
The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in the course of a trade or profession. Business returns are handled by prior written agreement, without limiting rights that cannot be excluded by law.
