2. Data we process
- Identification and contact details, such as name, email, telephone number, delivery and billing address.
- Billing and tax information, including company details and VAT number when an invoice is requested.
- Account, order, product, shipping, return and support history.
- Payment status and transaction references. Full card details are processed in the payment provider's secure environment and are not stored by our store.
- Technical and security data, such as IP address, timestamps, browser/device information, logs, fraud-prevention signals and cookie-consent choices.
- Communications and marketing preferences where provided.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Contract: account operation, checkout, order processing, payment status, delivery, returns and customer support.
- Legal obligation: invoicing, accounting, tax, product-safety, regulatory and record-keeping duties.
- Legitimate interests: service security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, defence of legal claims, operational reporting and improvement of the store, after balancing the relevant rights.
- Consent: optional cookies and direct marketing where consent is required. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Invoice and VAT validation may involve checking declared tax information against competent systems such as VIES where applicable. Checkout also applies necessary tax, document, payment and delivery eligibility rules. Fields marked as required are necessary to create an account, place or deliver an order, issue the selected document or comply with law. If they are not provided, the relevant service may not be completed.

We use organisational and technical measures appropriate to the risks, including controlled access, encrypted transport, logging, backups and security monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security; suspected incidents are assessed and notified where the law requires.
